How to make Vietnamese egg rolls?

A. How to prepare ingredients?
1. According to the Instructables web page, Vietnamese people usually cook egg rolls to share with their family and friends in holiday days and egg rolls are not really difficult to make. Also information from the gastronomy.com, while the bulk of Vietnamese dishes are more or less standardized, it seems that every Vietnamese family has their own unique recipe. Today, I will show you the way make the egg rolls including what ingredients follow by my formula.

Ingredient
a. 1 pound ground pork
b. ½ pound chop shrimp
c. 1 carrot shred 1/8 inch
d. 1 bunch of green onion
e. 1 pack egg rolls wrappers
f. ½ tsp. salt
g. 2 tsp. sugar
h. ½ tsp. black pepper
i. 1 egg and hot sauce
j. Vegetable oil
3. Put everything into the bowl and then mix them together
B. How to wrap the egg rolls?
1. Take a wrapper
2. Put 1 spoon stuffing close to the top
3. Fold the top, the left corner over about 2/3 of the way, repeat on the right. Roll up and keep it tight. As you reach the top, put a little egg at the top corner of the wrapper and finish rolling. This will seal the roll.
C. How to fry the egg rolls?
1. Heat the oil to 360 degrees in a deep fryer
2. Slowly drop 3 to 4 egg rolls at time in the fryer
3. Fry one side until golden brown, then flip it over and continue frying until all sides are brown.
