Soon when he came to grow he realized that the slavery was a vicious establishment that was in opposition to the ideals of the American Revolution. Franklin knew at an older age how bad slavery is. The generosity connected to the Church of England that was called Dr. Bray partners. Franklin started to donate to Dr. Bray’s schools, a school for african americans students in 1759. Franklin claimed in 1763 that the flaws and inexperience of black just weren’t due to their intrinsic nature, yet rather to a low level of learning, enslavement and unfavorable conditions. In addition, Benjamins also said that he did not observe any education disparities among the white and black youngest. From another source Benjamin Franklin also stated “I agree to this Constitution with all its faults because I think a federal (national) government is necessary for us. When you assemble a large group of men, you will inevitably find that they will disagree with each other about their local interests, and their selfish views, such as slavery. We have to accept some of these disagreements in order to build a national government.” This quote explains to me that everyone has their thoughts on slavery. From his words he talked about men having all different visions and likings. Even if slavery is what permits men to build, despite how many men might consider it a negative thing, it only benefits them. Although in
