In the book The Great Gatsby, The narrator Nick Carraway tells the story of Jay Gatsby, one of the richest men in the West Egg. Gatsby was raised in a poor family but was able to gain extravagant wealth through his connection with millionaire Dan Cody. Gatsby's desire for financial success was driven by his wish to be loved by Daisy Buchanan. Gatsby was able to come up with an enormous amount of money, but he was ultimately unable to win Daisy's love.
Being “The Great” is known for doing big, dramatic, and heroic accomplishments. It's believed this person should be helping the community or others, doing big things for the people. Gatsby may be seen as successful due some of his history and how much money he had said. It’s understandable how people think he is so great, he knows a lot of rich people, gets what he wants but it seems he has no actual dream or goal that has to do with anyone that doesn't do anything with himself. Jay Gatsby is not “The Great”.

Some of these were really good and one is my favorite over all the others. I would have to say my favorite was The Raven. The Raven is one of my favorite things we had read because of how the story feels.
