Think about people who deserve status as heroes—from the past, from the present, from life, and from literature. What defines a hero? Imagine this. You're in danger, you're walking alone at night, someone's following you, you keep hearing noises, you're paranoid, you're scared, suddenly someone you know, comes up on the side of you and walks you home so you are not alone. Think of a person who would do this for you, this person could be considered your hero. Heroes are people who help you when you're in danger, and make sure that you are safe before they leave you, stopping at nothing to protect you. A hero doesn't allow you to do dangerous things, or go out in the dark alone, and a hero definitely doesn't make it to where you're feeling even worse on your off days. Heroes are supposed to be people who are here for you, so if they made sure that they said mean things to you when you were already hurt, they don't fit the description of a typical hero. Heroes aren't supposed to make sure you are having a bad day, they're supposed to help you out of them. Heroes aren't the type of people who pick on you and call you names, they're specifically meant to make sure that you are getting help if you are getting picked on or bullied. My sister IS what I call a hero. She does make sure that i am in a good mood on a bad day, and she does not allow people to pick on me, that makes her really mad.
