This Lullaby- Sarah Dessen Somebody: Remy Star was a typical teenage girl from the outside, but was far from typical on the inside. She had long dark hair and dark eyes. She was the girl who had amazing grade, and got a full ride scholarship offer to Stanford. Remy was the daughter of famous author Barbara Star and her father was a musician, who tragically died when she was young. Since she was a little girl she had been living her mother's life and taking care of both her mother and brother. It was almost as if, she was the mom. She wants to move on and start taking care of herself, and only herself. She doesn't have time to take care of her friends, let alone a boy.
