People in modern day society only understand a certain fraction on how the socioeconomic culture has changed over the course of history. But does not seemed to understand how it all started or the amount of struggling certain people went to make a change for all races. The word transcendence signifies the existence or experience beyond the normal or physical levels. The major themes that transcends time and culture itself are music, love , and poverty. Reason why is that music is the essence or vocal point to how people in the world interact with each other and love is an intense feeling of deep affection, and lastly poverty which means the state of being in extreme impoverishment. In the book Night by Elie Wiesel we learned that a lot about bad poverty.The holocaust was a genocide during world war ll in which Nazi germany systematically murdered approximately 6 million european jews,around two-third of the jewish population of europe, between 1941 and 1945. The jews had normal until german. They took over there lives and destroy their church,The german soldiers moved all the jews out of their homes and put them in different because they wanted the jews to lose all of their confidence so they can take over their lives. They would move the all the jews to a place called the ghettos. “The ghettos is in the center of the town and occupied four street, and another smaller one extended several alleyway” this is showing use that the german soldiers wanted to keep the jews in a small space to get them for escape for them. They had also gave the jews a time where they had to be in their homes and if they wasn’t in there homes by the time they give them they would shoot them on sight. They would put 80 jews in one cattle and a little bit of food and that would last them for the entire. This would cause to go hungry and die before they would even make it to the camp. When they went to sleep they would have to sleep on top of each other. When they had bad working conditions. They have bad food. The germans where ripping the jews soul and freedom from them and they didn’t care. They would have party at night. Also in NIght music was a big thing. When they were marching from camp to camp they would have sing a song for the germans with was fun for the germans. Elie Wiesel had a lot tragices in this book. When he first got to the camp he lose his mother and his little sister as soon has they got to the camp. Later in the book Elie father was getting sick and Elie had to take care of him, but he was getting tired of taking care of his dad. In the middle of the night his dad was taking out of out his bed and was switch was a different sick jew. Elie was happy because he feel like all his worries was lifted off his chest and he had no one he has to care for anymore but himself.
