The most powerful tool of men is his own imagination after observation of things around us. Observation simply means the act of observing things with the eyes or the act of picturing something into the mind. There are three types of imagination. They are generalized imagination, inventory imagination, and professional imagination. Generalized imagination is where a person imagines things out of observing things that exist and use his creative mind to create a picture of a thing which has never existed before. An example of generalizing imagination is the God who imagines the whole universe and everything in it and uses his creative mind to picture the universe and everything in it without observing anything that existed.

Inventory imagination; inventory imagination is the act of observing the things around us which serve a definite purpose and using our creative mind to create or manufacture a similar thing as we observe. His imagination of the horseless carriage in his brain gave him a new thought of discovery. This discovery was it created an automobile which could function as a horseless carriage, he then thought about the definite purpose of the automobile, and this definite purpose of the automobile was to serve as the vehicle for people and for transportation of goods.
