If I were to ever write a book, it would be one of two things; poetry, or a fantasy novel. Writing a book is actually one of my goals in life. I have always been a lover of all kinds of literature, hence the diversity in the genres I would write. Some of the best books I’ve ever had the pleasure of reading have been of those genres, and that’s what has influenced the type of book I will write. Many books have had such an impact on me, that they’ve changed me for the better. One of those books is a fantasy series by the name ‘Throne of glass’ written by the wonderful author Sarah J. Maas. I want all the women who read it to feels as inspired as I did when I read about her. One of my favorite quotes from the series is, “Libraries were full of ideas- perhaps the most dangerous and powerful of all weapons.” She also wrote another fantasy series that I love called A Court of Thorns and Roses. The series has characters who are immortal faeries, and as crazy as it may seem, I could relate to them. They are all dreamers, wishers, doers, and the entire novel taught me to fight for what I want in life. I’m sucker when it comes to a good poetry book. Thomas Grey once said, “Poetry is thoughts that breathe and words that burn.” Poetry is diverse in a way that there are poems for all kinds of feelings and state of minds. From the sad to the happy, and all other emotions in between. I would really enjoy the process of creating my poetry novel. I would have poems that come straight from my life and experiences. I would certainly hope that those who read it can take away a sense of inspiration from it.
