I noticed that most of their employee's’ LinkedIn profile pictures were also in black and white, as well as on the website. I would like to learn if there is a specific reason behind that or just a general preference. Since the company consists of 50 highly experienced and qualified professionals, I would try starting the application process by attending events and following blogs and sites for professional associations. I think that an internship would be the best option until I have finished my degree. An internship would help me become more familiar with the company and people there before applying for a position. The internship options are extensive in requiring some experience and certifications that I do not have yet.
