In “Rikki-Tikki-Tavi” this story took place in a bungalow in India the antagonist characters are Rikki-Tikki and teddy and his parents.The protagonists are the three garden snakes. Rikki-Tikki-Tavi was brave enough to kill all three snakes in the garden. Three things that Rikki-Tikki-Tavi needs to improve is that he should understand the meaning of the cobras and why they want to kill Rikki-Tikki-Tavi and his family.

In the story “If i don’t break his back on the first jump” said Rikki, “ he can still fight; and if he fights- O Rikki!” He looked at the thickness of the neck below the hood, but it was too much for him; to bite near the tail would only make Nag savage.”(22) Also he showed his bravery when he killed Nag in the bathroom, when he did that he was confident to think where it would weaken Nag so he won't strike. Karait was in the sand next to the bungalow and he said: “ be careful. I’m death!” and that is when Rikki-Tikki’s eyes went bright red, and that is when Rikki-Tikki started to strike. (20) For Nag he was in the bathroom when Rikki-Tikki striked and Nag said: “I will go their, but there is no need that we should kill the hunt for Rikki-Tikki afterward. I will kill the big man and his wife, and the child if I can, and come away quietly. Then the bungalow will be empty, and Rikki-tikki will go.” (22) Nagana said: “When the house is emptied of people,” said Nagaina to her husband, “he will have to go away, and then the garden will be our own again. Go in quietly, and remember that the big man who killed Karait is the one to bite. Then come out and tell me, and we will hunt for Rikki-tikki together.”
