Tim Hortons, were founded in 1964 in Hamilton, a sleepy town just outside Toronto. Tims is a ready-made warm food cafe, where exclusive roasted coffee is served with freshly made Western warm food. Tim Hortons stands for Canadian coffee culture. As early as 2018, Tim Hortons announced plans to open 1,500 stores in China over the next 10 years. The launch of Tim Hortons Coffee Shop is more than just Horton's own passion for coffee and baked goods. It was the timing and conditions for coffee culture to "take off" in Hamilton.
In Canada, Tim Hortons currently sells 15 coffee and beverage categories and seven roasts and snacks. A variety of food styles proliferate in each category, and new or limited time drinks and baked goods are introduced at any given time. It also includes sandwiches, hot soups, and breakfast bread sandwiches made from existing ingredients. But three years ago, Tim Hortons has been on a downward spiral, with bad coffee, bad service, no consideration for customers, and slowly changing its menu to serve trendy items that the public doesn't care about, like burgers. First of all, we can change the quality of our coffee so that we can drink better and sell cheaper coffee than Starbucks. That way everyone can get better coffee for less money. The second is that we need a better service attitude. After all, this is one of the most important things for customers. If you have a good service attitude, customers will be more willing to buy from you. Finally, you can make your menu more interesting and unique. Rather than making something trendy that the masses don't like, so that customers will be tempted to try
