In society today, the question “Is America still the greatest country in the world?” goes through many average citizens’ minds. This question implies that America was once the greatest country in the world. With the growth in many aspects in America, America is the greatest country in the world due to the fact that it was not completely developed until 1776 and made significant progress as a country to be modernized at the same time, if not faster than other countries. America became the greatest country in the world when it has progressed faster than any other country, started displaying dominance all around the world, and gave its citizens basic individual rights that people all around the world strive for in their government.
Although America had people colonizing it before the official birth, America started its country and the real building of it in 1776, while most of the competition for the title “Greatest Country in the World” have been around a lot longer.
