Implementation of reliability work processes not just at Tennessee’s location but across the boards at all the locations. This will include things like work management, planning and scheduling, materials management, reliability of technology and IT along with engineering of tools, and operator care from employees (Helmrich, 2015). A need to include what is called a Partnership agreement and have all employees’ upper and lower sign it saying that they acknowledge active participation needs to happen at all levels and not just in certain departments. It will serve as a contribution to ToolsCorp Corporation in helping the organization meet the long term goals that are going to be set forth (Dabbs, 2010). The strategic initiatives will include ToolsCorp upper management to define the project while aligning all communications up front and making sure that any plans will be communicated effectively on all levels and in all departments.
