In the organizing, Trader Joe’s maintains a strict and organized process when handling stocks. The company uses a genius approach to stocking each store by acquiring tasty and unusual food. They purchasing them at a low cost directly from manufactures and then label them with catchy brand. They keep supply small so each brand will fight for a space on the shelves. Trader Joe shows its leadership skills by training its future leaders in its Trader Joe’s university. The company’s University fosters the necessary loyalty to run the stores according to the company and spread the customer-focused attitude customer expectation.
