Throughout our history we have had many tragic events and some of these events caused a very large amount of people to die or be mistreated. There were lots of people letting these acts be permitted because of their ignorance and pure hatred. The act of genocide and the extermination of groups of people happened because people were not speaking up against intolerance, hatred and propaganda. During the holocaust 6.3 million Jews died because of Greed,Hate,Silent Majority,and Propaganda, leading to genocide. The Holocaust was an event that had a big impact on our history. These acts were being permitted because people were just not speaking up and letting it happen. The Nazis and Hitler wanted more than what they had so they took from people. The Jews were hated because people are believing things that were not true. It was not just then it also happening now the Holocaust may have been a big event but Silent Majority, Discrimination, and Hate has not changed at all. The Nazi’s of Germany were greedy because they believed Jewish people were the reason they did not have money. The Nazi were unsatisfied with what they already had and wanted more more from Jewish people. They also wanted power over Jews so they decided to mistreat Jews and take their belongings and separate them from there family. The Nazi were melting Jews jewelry to gold bars so it was easier to spend. The Nazi’s did anything to hurt Jews and had no sympathy for Jewish people. Many people were silent because they were afraid of what would happen if they spoke against what was happening towards the Jews. There was also some people that agreed with the Nazis and Hitler in how the Jews deserved to be treated unfairly. Lastly it was also most likely a small amount of people that didn’t know what was going on or understand why it was happening. So they didn’t bother to say anything or speak
