Training Support Mission Statement

Mission Contributions, Served as Supply Technician and Specialist for Training Aids, Devices, Simulators and Simulations (TADSS), Visual Information (VI) devices, and supply operations. Trained and served as primary and secondary instructor operator for the Engagement Skill Trainer (EST-2000), HMMWV Egress Assistance Trainer (HEAT), Call for Fire Trainer (CFFT) and Fire Support Combined Arms Tactical Trainer (FSCATT) from 01 Jan 2009 to 31 July 2010. I certified unit members in the Training Support Center (TSC) Schweinfurt footprint to operate the EST 2000, HEAT and FSCATT training simulators. I briefed and trained all of TSC Schweinfurt newly assigned or incoming Training Support Specialists on virtual training center operations, simulation operations, simulator troubleshooting procedures, and simulator data reporting duties.

I provided supervision, management and oversight for the Schweinfurt Virtual Training Center. I reviewed, approved, and monitored virtual training requests using Range Facility Management Support System (RFMSS). I conducted unit virtual training in the absence of the certified systems operator, supervised simulator operations, maintained and submitted simulator usage reports in the absence of the assigned Training Support Specialist. I maintained TSC Schweinfurt property hand receipt valued at over 14 million dollars with zero lost, damaged or misappropriated equipment, two document registers, and over 70 customer service accounts. I provided information tours for newly arrived unit representatives, commanders and customers on the training capabilities available at TSC Schweinfurt facilities.
