Searching these past few weeks on problems found in the Triangle Factory has been horrifying. The stuff I found uncovered that working in this factory is dangerous. It is time people actually learn the brutal conditions these people face. It needs to stop. One problem that stood out to me was the lack of fire safety prevention. in the building. The factory was on one of the top floors. The building had a few elevators but only one worked. To reach the elevator you had to travel down a long narrow hall. The factory also had two stairways but one of the stairways was locked from the outside to prevent break ins. The factory having limited exits routes and no sprinkler system is a real danger. If there is to be a fire it would be more likely to spread due to no sprinkler system. The workers would also be crammed to get get out due to few exits and having an overcapacity of workers. Having bad lightly and poor air circulation causes workers to do a worse job. Having too many workers at time can make it hard to work since you have no room. Having no breaks causes workers to get tired and have a lower work efficiency. These problems are an very easy fix. All you need to do is have manitce fix the elevators. You can also open windows to make the air circulate better. To see better just install new lights. To be more fair to the workers just make shifts. Having shifts will make the factory less packed so it will be easier for the workers to work. These problems are easy to fix and need to be fixed.
