Tried As Adults?

Children who deal with problems at home, school, and outside of school often don’t get help from their parents or other trusted adults. When kids do not get help they express their emotions in different ways than others. Some result in violence and others through emotions. Children are hurting and do not know how to ask for help since it was never really thought. When children commit the worst crime people are quick to assume before getting to know the background of that one child who decided to do wrongful acts. Little kids don’t get help as much as teenagers or young adults do. Kids/teens do not know how to express their emotions when they are hurt or scared. That is why not many teenagers don’t like asking for help because they get rejected by the adults that are supposed to help them. Seeking help is already hard enough as it is, so when adults refuse to help them it makes it harder for them to trust other people who are willing to help them. It makes it hard to get help in today’s society since most of them don’t want to help young children. Most parents do a great job taking care of their children, but others may be having a hard time trying to research children while balancing work life. Some of these parents aren't able to take care of their children because they have either fallen into addiction or some other type of situation which makes it hard for them to raise a child when they can't take care of themselves. All of these examples are what's called nature or nurture. With nature versus nature, these children are being affected by the way they are raised. Their surroundings and their background are very important to know before being charged as adults. It's like they say don't judge a book by its cover. Most of these kids would have been killed back then in the late 1900s if they would have committed those crimes back then. The children would be a bit more comfortable in the juvenile institution to realize what they did was wrong. Adults in prison would probably tell them what they did was right and that they should commit more crimes. Although some adults would probably try to guide them there are always those who try to teach them the wrong instead of the right. It is just better to send them where they can get hope because an adult prisoner doesn't have as many resources as provided juveniles. They are more invested in children and trying to understand why they did what they did versus adults because adults are more aware of what they are doing and their brains are more developed than children's brains. Sometimes the judge may not agree with charging the child to adult prison but is forced to do so because of state law. Sometimes, state laws may be outrageous and unbelievable since some laws are just not right. Parents of these children might be able to get them lawyers but some of these lawyers aren't that open to a case where it involves a child. Without a lawyer to defend them it makes it harder to be able to try and get charged the right way or to be set free if the case was unfair in whatever way both parent and
