All the way through the first year of my Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance studies, I have done some achievement which are presentation and coursework. Besides that, I also gained knowledge from those presentation and coursework meanwhile I know more about how to become a successful manager by doing presentation of ‘Effective Manager’. Simultaneously, I gained knowledge of how organizational structure can effect employee’s intention to leave thought group coursework ‘Analysis Report for Tropicana Medical Center’. Therefore, these knowledge will become a platform to my career path.
From my first reflective report, I have found my dream company is PwC which also known as Pricewaterhouse Cooper and my dream position is an accountant. However, after I done two remarkable presentation which help me to know more about my career path, I’ve decide to be an accounting manager in Microsoft as my new dream position and company since this company provide high salary and also benefit. For health and care, Microsoft provide vision care per annual which include eye exam and reimbursement for one pair of glasses. Besides that, there are also 24 hour health line and physician house calls which mean we can make call for a doctor come to us in 24 hour. For saving and investment, employee of Microsoft can by the product with 10% discount every quarter. On the other hand, this company will provide employee internal resources technical, management and professional development classes, a visiting speaker series, TechFest and also their own library for employee training and
