If you were rowing past your enemy in 1775, what would you do? Paul Revere faced a scary and dangerous time while rowing by his enemies across the Charleston River. There are many similarities and differences between the poem, “Paul Revere’s Ride”, and the historical account of Revere’s ride. I got attracted to this poem, because it reminded me when I was at the Regionals for a Cross-Country race and reflected how humans’ life can be fair or beautiful.
