This investment opportunity is a music-themed park called “Tune Lagoon”. The park will be near Orlando, and it will have rides, shows, and exhibits all centered around the past, present, and future of differing genres in the musical industry. Guests enter the park into The Backstage, a hub that is designed to look like a backstage, complete with curtains, spotlights, painted “set” walls, and other miscellaneous props. The purpose of the backstage is to send the guests backwards through time. Guests enter the story at the ending, and as they travel around the park they will learn how music has evolved to become a cornerstone of modern society. Another attraction will allow guests to ride along with iconic music videos. To the south of Rocky Roads is Countryside, a section devoted to the craft of country music both old and new. Based on a small southwestern community, the section will feature The Shack, an interactive experience where guests will have to work together to escape an abandoned manor that is said to be haunted by a long-dead musician. The section will also include a minecart ride through the history of country music. Last is Melody Garden, a relaxing oasis devoted to the humble origins of music. The Garden will feature a ride that will take guests on music’s journey from the dawn of humanity to the very first recorded song. The section will also feature miniature golf, a merry-go-round, and a unique bumper car ride where each car plays a unique note whenever it hits another car. Overall, Tune Lagoon is an excellent way for the theme park industry to tap into the music market.
