Meeting Individual Needs: Differentiated instruction guarantees that every student's needs are satisfied, irrespective of their learning preferences, skill levels, or cultural upbringing (Stanford & Reeves, 2009). By offering specialized assistance and resources to support every student's success, it fosters equity. Encourage Collaboration and Empathy: By encouraging students to collaborate, cooperative learning promotes empathy, respect for variety, and teamwork (Slavin, 2014). It fosters pupils' understanding of various viewpoints and intercultural competency.
