Two Years is better Than Four in a Nutshell Fired up Liz Addison similar to a flash of lighting responses to Rick Perlstein’s “What’s the Matter with College” (which is about how colleges have change from then to now) in her own publication “Two Years are better than Four” (More of a rant that American colleges are not dying or doesn’t matter that it doesn’t exist anymore because community college is Americas secret gem). Addison aiming with the precision to shoot down Pearlstein’s opinions one after the other from two thousand four hundred seventy five meters away insist that she clearly does not like playing with her prey! Due to the fact that he moved back to his college town and he suspected to see the college that he went to how ever many years ago. Somehow Perlstein didn’t predict the inevitable future that time changes all. Then completely ridiculing Pearlstein’s years in college. Pretty much calling him a stoner that’s having a mid-life crisis. Ms. Addison continues after her version of MTV’s Roast that there is still a sanctuary, a light in the tunnel, the last hope that is Community college!
Philosophy of the community college that Addison makes it precise and straight to the point that it’s an amazing stepping stone for everyone. For the less privilege, for the people who do not know what career path to choose, and for those who refuse to drop one thousand dollars on just one class. Though for some reason that community colleges are not as popular as universities. Any student or any who want to become a student can walk into a community college and literally
