I would welcome the opportunity to continue my career at UHL NHS Trust by joining Research and Innovation Department therefore I would like to be considered for the post recently advertised – Research Support Officer Band 5 Ref.
I am educated to a degree level (Master’s degree in Public Administration and Governance completed at Marie Curie Sklodowska University in Lublin, Poland, in 2003). I have proficient level of literacy, numeracy and IT (comparable to GCSE A-C). I am confident in using Microsoft Office package of Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. Years of experience in using variety of IT office software on a professional level proves my ability to create and maintain electronic files, tables and reports.

I have been a first point of contact in renal research department to provide information about studies progress. I have been the first person to analyse studies protocols, IRAS forms and other relevant documents, as well as to understand the complexity of research and diagnose departmental needs for conducting studies.
Whilst working at Renal Research, I have proved my excellent level of planning and organisational skills by showing a methodical approach to managing around 50 renal and transplant studies which includes: current studies with undergoing contract, protocol amendments and study close up procedures; potential studies with very intense process of site identification and feasibility deadlines, budget negotiations, capacity and capability approval process and site initiation procedures.
