Ulta Beauty is the largest beauty retailer in the United States. As of July 29th, 2017 Ulta has 1,010 stores in the United States, all the locations include a full service salon that include, hair, makeup, and brow services. Ulta was founded in 1990 by Dick George and Terry Hanson. Ulta’s headquarters are located in Bolingbrook, Illinois. Since opening its first store in 1990, Ulta Beauty has grown to become the top national retailer providing “All Things Beauty”. The Company offers more than twenty thousand products from approximately five hundred well-established and emerging beauty brands across all categories and price points, including Ulta Beauty’s own private label. Ulta sells high end brands like Anastasia Beverly Hills, M.A.C, Benefit, Too faced, and Lorac. The service Ulta Beauty provides is excellent. The consultants are always on top of what they need to be doing. As for my own experience, I have never had a bad experience in Ulta. The employers are always willing to help, whether it is giving samples, telling you about a product, or helping to find what color fits your skin tone the best. This aspects receives a nine out of ten. I know multiple people who have had a bad experience when it comes to shipping like not getting their merchandise in on time, or having bad customer service over the phone
