Under Armour(UA) established a stable growth in the past five years. Sad to say that, it undergo perhaps the biggest fall from elegance of any company in 2017. Then it comes to the reason why UA’s share drop. Business is bad, no future plan, digital health, bottom line on UA stock and etc. are all the reason being caused. And now, we aregoing to advice Under Armour some strategies, 4P stands for Price, Product, Place and Promotion. First, Under Armour leads sports apparel and accessories manufacturing company to serve customers all over the world. Under Armour specializes in products for all age groups and has differentiate it to men, women and children starting from babies to kids. Under Armour unlike most of its competitor brands like Nike and Adidas, does not outsource marketing to outside agencies, instead of keeping all of its strategies inside the house. Its promotional mix originates of everything, be it self selling at purchasing point and touchpoints by the salesman, popular city routes and huge billboards outside Baltimore, TV advertisements, Youtube and online social media campaigns. For example “I will” campaign, where athletes and human from different backgrounds, religion and genders were shown winning their contestant against. Another Under Armour’s successful promotion where the company provides some basketball venue to let the kids play mainly to spread the brand in kids. Such authorities not only increase sales but also act as positive publicity for the company and the brand. Under Armour also does sales promotion by giving discounts and rebates.
