These plans use various means, either theoretical or practical. To be an effective educator, we must have positive expectations, be extremely good classroom management skills and know how to design lessons for student mastery. Positive expectations are essential to student success. When the educator has high expectations, not high standards, the students will perform to our expectations. Good classroom management is important for a successful lesson delivery. For this to happen, the educator has to be organized and consistent in everything. The educator must maintain control so that instruction and learning can occur. During my school based experience, to have a good classroom management in every classes that I did, on the first day itself a set my rules and regulations. For example, when I explain students has to follow and after explanation I will give time to copy, so that I can get everyone attention.
