Task 5: in this task I will be covering criteria M1 by explaining the point of view of different stakeholders seeking to influence the aims and the objectives of two contrasting organizations . So the company should pay them in time, they should be treated fairly for example to not to have lower prices forced on it by much larger and more powerful customer . Task 6: I will be evaluating the influence different stakeholders exert in one organization by covering D1. Dell . I am going to evaluate the influence that stakeholders exert in on DELL. I will be evaluating the following stakeholders; customers, employees and owners . Customers are external stakeholders, customers are a big contributor to profit levels and turnover through purchasing products and services dell provides . People are obviously are stakeholders in a company financial reasons , customers don't want to have a spend a big amount money to purchase a product, services they want good quality with reasonable prices just like what a Dell promised their customers with competitive prices . A business survive through customer loyalty, Dell have introduced to it's customers "regular " with DELL ADVANTAGE REWARDS which is free shipping for the USA to anywhere in the world for their customers also they offered discounts dell getting regular customers which helps in bringing more profit which then can be used to help in expanding the business
