Physical Resources
Management of physical resources is important as they are essential for the clay to clay running of the business. The business management should monitor its physical resources i.e. check of equipment, machinery and premises regularly to ensure that everything is working efficiently and helping the business improve its overall performance. It is also very important the apple provides its employees with induction and training when getting new type of machinery in order for the employees to gain more knowledge about the resources and be able and use it effectively.

More physical resources used by Apple are lighting, which should be changed and managing regularly. However such physical resources are not forever lasting and should be replaced as soon as possible as is it can be no longer be use.
This should not only to improve performance of the business but ensure employee and customers safety.
Premises is the most important physical resource of Apple as the company main objective is to provide services. If the premises and the main equipment are managed i.e walls should are painted regularly, the furniture is kept in a good condition customers will be satisfied and are very likely to become long-term customers. However if such things are not managed the customers will compliant and create poor reputation for the business.
There should also be facilities such as access; to the hotel for disabled customers, lifts and parking; this will show such customers respect and will also provide them with a comfortable stay and will therefore meet their needs.
