As an employee at European Chalet Banquets, I have developed considerable experience fulfilling customer’s demands while performing various tasks. Through this job, I have attained the skill to multi-task, prioritize, and think quickly. My supervisor at this job strictly preached customer service above anything, and through this I have realized how crucial happy customers are to a business. Through my employment at Midway International Airport, I have first hand experience understanding the fast paced hustle of the airport. As a public service attendant, I assisted passengers in their movement around the airport requiring me to communicate and satisfy their travel needs. I hope to one day work full-time at an airport or airline related industry. I love to travel and watch planes. Due to my close home location to the airport, my brother and I, from time to time, have walked to the airport to spend time strolling around if we were ever bored. Additionally through my research experiences, I have developed a better understanding of how the personality traits of various employees affect the specific position they occupy.
