I believe that branding is imperative when trying to recreate something that will make people want to be a part of. The first thing that would catch my attention would be how does the website or app. Many companies undervalue the organizational act that corporate branding calls for and how complex it is when it comes to dealing with the conflicts of brand management. I would not be able to accomplish everything alone, it would be important to have a teamwork with me who saw just as much value in incorporating a customizable online newspaper for our readers. Employer attractiveness deals with the forecasted benefits in which an employee sees by working for a specific company. I would want the opinion of everyone in the group. I would not want everything to be based upon myself alone because there are others who have great ideas as well. However, ultimately I would suggest that first and foremost the newspaper be user-friendly.
