1. Values and Attitudes are one area that I should strengthen. As human services professional, we are given the opportunity to know thyself in what he or she feels delivery of services will be given to the client to best meet their needs. There are values and attitudes that come up in this field of services, however, these are areas within a person background and the way that person has been taught to accept some behaviors more so than others. I know that these values and attitudes can make one feel uneasy about the service delivery.

One way to strengthen the value and attitudes is to (as my field supervisors has said) she does not see the person she just sees the problem that the client is struggling with. All human beings have to struggle
