Sometimes going out of your way to do things for people can benefit for you. Valuing the people around you can help. The book ill be talking about is The hunger games by Suzanne Collins. The book follows a young lady named katniss. She lives in district 12 and she is very poor. They have an annual hunger games which basically means 24 victims are placed into an arena and have ro fight to the death until there is one victor. The arena is man made and can change. Katniss works together with her district mate peta. They create a fake persona that they are star crossed lovers but in reality peta actually loves her. The problem with this is katniss is still caught up on another guy but might be trying to be extra nice to peeta because she feels he owes him for when they were younger. At the end of the games they are the only ones left and they stood up to the capital saying they couldnt just live without each other.
