After Sam’s father died in January 2013, Sam struggled to manage the property at 864 Del Rio, Encinitas, California. Upon making phone contact with Antonio Johnson, Mr. Johnson explained that his cousin Nia Sockwell, had fallen and hit her head on the towel rack while at her boyfriend’s home Tuesday, June 14th, 2016. On November 6th, 2015 at approximately 1830 hours I, Investigator James Poffel was the on-call investigator and contacted by Officer Garrett Dunlap, regarding him being dispatched to 1517 Baltimore St in reference to a sexual assault report. The sexual assault was said to have occurred approximately two weeks prior. Officer Dunlap informed me he arrived on scene and spoke with the victim, Elia Ramirez and her mother, Marcela Ramirez. Elia informed Officer Dunlap that she works at the Sonic, located at York and Chandler. She informed him approximately two weeks ago, while she was at work, she took her lunch break.
PER REPORTER: On 8/28/2015 Jim Swanson a neighbor of the unknown mother and father reported to the Pontotoc DHS around 10:00 am that the unknown father was drinking on the night of 8/27/2015. The father was screaming and yelling at the mother. The unknown mother went over to Jim’s home and asked him if her and the children could stay there until someone came to pick them up. A group of neighbors has become irritated with the three children of the Marvin and Ella Tagget. The neighbors suspect the children have ties to gangs and are frustrated by the vandalism the children have supposedly been committing within the neighborhood. The neighbors have asked the justice system to intervene and for a judge to deem it necessary to take the children away from their parents or force the family to move out of the neighborhood. On 07/01/17, at 3:21pm, I Deputy Warden N. Christian was dispatched to Kids Kingdom Childcare and Learning Center (970 Oakland Park Ave), on a dog at large, no known owner. I arrived at the location and met with complainant Latanya Cox and victim Jamaal Cox Jr. Ms. Cox stated that she sent her grandson outside to retrieve something from her vehicle. When her grandson returned, he stated that a brown and white pit bull was outside growled and approached him. He was able to get inside before the pit bull caused any harm. Ms. Cox escorted me outside where she point out a white house just behind the childcare center.
PuertoRico Washington is a bustling state filled with many people, and technologically advanced in most areas. Other than the crops in the east side, you could say it’s overloaded with technology. PuertoRico is a small common wealth island in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. Inhabited of mostly Hispanics, it’ll be compared with Washington upon their technological advancements.
