The value chain is an activity or process whereby an organization adds value to an article, including output, marketing, and the provision of after-sales services. In Verizon Wireless, the company only have two marketing channels that are indirect and direct distribution channels. Since marketing channel strategy has to consider some factors like pricing, promotion, target market and production capacity. Therefore each of the plans that we apply while marketing our product iPhone X has to bring value to the consumer.
For direct distribution channel it enhances the customer and the producer to have a good relationship as through direct interaction the customer will be able to air his/her expectation about the company and the products it produces.
