Game Truck Being a video-game expert, it was the natural choice for Novis Scott to move from employment and into a video-game related business. Having worked in a number of large gaming corporations, Novis was the perfect person to start a company such as Game Truck. With the idea springing up in one of his son’s birthday party, Novis wanted to take the gaming experience to the people. Traditionally, the people had to look for the gaming experience by visiting the places that games were offered. However, with Novis’ idea, it would be possible to take the gaming experience to parties and to people’s homes or schools or even corporate events. It was clear that this was a winning idea. Choosing to go the franchising way was the best option for Game Truck as it offered a chance for the company to reach a wider audience. However, the company still faces a variety of challenges that could deter its future operations.
