Voice Learning Through learning voice implications and voice journals allows me to explore a certain marginalized students like lesbian student. I have applied the concept of the campus design environment while exploring lesbian students. Strange and Banning (2015) identified environment press in higher education has an opportunity for understanding the impacts of institutional mission to the community. I found environment press likes a sense of awareness to recognize the difficulty of being lesbian students in campus’s diverse. It was clear to me that the campus has inclusive and safety environment for marginalized students. The most robust known study of marginalized students at my voice, sought to identify specific ways lesbian students studying at WMU. Lesbian students found that the WMU’s community supports their wellbeing and develops a successful college experience. In here, I will apply the learning outcome to my institution in Indonesia in order to commit and to provide campus’s diverse and inclusive for marginalized students. There are several impacts of voice journal for my personal study. I felt that the most impact of my voice learning was a sense of inclusiveness. In the beginning of the voice, I was struggling to look for lesbian characters and perceptions about diversity on campus. I considered a respectful for lesbian students would be created less homophobic and stereotype if they have been accepting inclusive environment. For instance, I spent time to present on their environment to listen and to understand their voice through involving their activities, such as a safe campus training and
