Kamehameha was the most powerful and the strongest king in hawaiian historys. He was the first king to take over the Hawaiian Islands. He had a lot of foreigners advisors. He is an effective leader because he tries to go all the way. He also takes risks and thinks before he does it. Also Kamehameha was an effective leader because he was wise and brave.
