In the current age of technology, increased productivity and growth, it appears, based on my analysis as the chief operating officer (COO), that Weeks Management Incorporated faces challenges keeping up with the ever-changing business world. Lack of technological usage within Weeks Management, Inc. Technology is an important and essential part of the world that we live in today, especially when it comes to business, as many companies have discovered the benefits of incorporating technology into daily business-related activities. When it comes to Weeks Management Incorporated, it appears as though we have ignored this resource and instead decided to continue using the traditional means for completing the daily business activities within the company. In my research, I have found that many companies have turned to iPads as a means of improving documentation accuracy, internal communication, and productivity. Goel (2016) reported that large companies such as British Airways, in addition to companies like Apple and Sprint have all taken the initiative to incorporate iPads into business activities, distributing iPads to employees for daily usage. Kessler (2011) reported that even small-middle sized business such as renovation companies, and gyms, in addition to healthcare offices and real estate organizations, have implemented iPads for employee usage which has increased productivity and promoted growth in one way or another for each of these
