Introduction For the past three years I have been trying to build my body and begin lifting weights in order to have a healthy and strong body. I have the opportunity to build my body now because WKU provides all the tools necessary to practice sports in it’s all types and there is no excuse for not taking advantage of this chance. I don’t suffer from obesity or excessive weight but also I would prefer to have a strong body and at the same time develop a new life style. I like to eat a lot and taste different foods, which is not the best way to stay healthy. Bodybuilding needs lots of work and dedication because it requires continues training and a food plan that doesn’t cause obesity. In addition, my life style can’t maintain a similar routine because I like to eat different times during the day and I feel bored from excessive exercise even though, I am motivated to have a strong build body. Since I am not used to weight training but I found personal trainers who were helping with what to use and where to start. I began to go the gym for an hour each day three or four day a week. This was not as useful as I thought in the first week because I was confused about what to train first. However, during the week I focused on joking since I want to build a strong stamina but, I will not run as much in the following weeks because that might lead to lose lots of weight. My plan is to lose weight but at the same time build on some muscles so that I don’t seem like very thin. The other problem was that I was not able to control my eating plan because as soon as I came back from the gym I would east more and more because I felt very hungry.
