Welding plays an enormous role in today's advancing economy. A trade is an occupation that takes great skill and is down with one's hands the most common trades are carpentry, electricians, plumbing, auto mechanics and welding. All this trades are intertwined by one another but one of the most important career listed is welding. Without the ability to weld, cars wouldn’t be driving down the road, there would be no bridges, or even carrier ships carrying cargo to other areas of the world. Welding ensures the safety for everybody that it is involved in. It makes people feel safe about driving over a bridge or a being on a ship miles from the nearest land. It takes inspectors, foremens, engineers, salesmen, even educators to finish a project. GoWelding.org promotes that, “Welding is a career that offers more choices of industries to work in and advancement opportunities than just about any other career choice. Welders are needed in almost every industry and those who want to advance their career have the ability to do so with additional schooling.” Welding isn’t a dead end career, when being hired as a welder it doesn’t mean you're going to be under the hood for the rest of career. All theses jobs in the industry are just as important as actually welding. Weld inspections are a crucial part to the career. Without weld inspectors generally known as quality control “QC” nobody would understand if the welds would hold the bridge over the river with cars and people on it making it very dangerous to be in us. Companies trust their inspectors to do everything up to code so they will gain a good reputation, gaining more business, making more money in the end. Engineers are the brains of the whole operation, without engineers there would be no projects because there would be no design for the project. Companies need their engineers to make their plans accordingly to the exact procedure needed if they make a mistake on their plans it could wind up losing the company millions of dollars. Companies hire salesman to promote there business to gain more work. They bid for work and if the company wins the bid then that's when all the other workers are needed. This job sets the pass for all the other workers, if they get done finishing a job, and the salesmen haven’t found any new work, then people will get laid off until more work is found. The most important job to welders is their instructors who have enough experience to teach about welding.
