According to the article author Robert Morgan’s article titled “Lions Of the West”, Morgan’s way of writing this speech go the audience to agree with him in his writing. From reading the text Morgan seemed as if he was for the Westward Expansion by how he was describing the background information and he was giving examples of how some people did things and what he done differently. This text went along with Lions Of The West because in both texts there was people that was trying to control the land and that people was trying to push someone of their own land. So this text was also for Westward Expansion as well as” Lions Of The West.” Also with these two texts another text that went along with them is entitled “The Way To Rainy Mountain”, by author N. Scott Momaday. The Way To The Rainy Mountain author also is for the Westward Expansion by the way the he wrote the text because in his text it is telling how the people looked at their land and the things on the land, how each thing symbolised something like in the text in states “The buffalo was the animal representation of the sun,” so that statement there is saying that the author of the text The Way to Rainy Mountain by author N.
