What America Mean To Me

America. The Rocky Mountains, the Golden Gate Bridge, the Redwood Forests, the Flint Hills, the Plains of the Midwest, the Mississippi, and the Statue of Liberty. For some, that is what they think of when they hear the term America. For me, and others like myself, freedom of speech, civil rights, freedom of religion, separation of church and state, the right to bear arms, and the ability to vote, come to mind. When I think of America, I think of all the things that have made America an awesome place to live in. Two hundred thirty nine years ago our founding fathers declared independence from the British.
