Write your reflections for the following for day 1 Experimental Design. Role Competency : My role was Spokesperson My evidence for accomplishments for my role were as follows: 1. I read the entire experiment and all of the questions loudly and clearly to the entire group throughout the time span of the class. 2. I helped our group collect everybody's thoughts on each question. I did this by creating and using an active listening lesson which forced everyone to communicate with each other and agree upon a common (most likely correct) answer. 3. If our group ever had a problem that we could not solve or wanted clarification on a topic I had them tell me what they wanted to know, and I then proceeded to ask the spokesperson of the other groups. In my group our Facilitator did a great job with Interpersonal Skills. He spoke very clearly, was open to reflection, and had no issues with askingt the rest of the group for clarification. Although it seemed like she wanted to communicate with the gourp using her Interpersonal Skills, she could have done a much better job.
