Michael Jordan is the greatest basketball of all time because of his domination, determination, and leadership. As a kid, my dad had always told me about how Michael Jordan was a phenomenon. He said that even if Jordan was down 20 he just knew that the Bulls would come back. As I have gotten older I get to see the new NBA players and they are two completely different games. The rules have changed, the defense is much weaker, and the 3 point shot has become a huge part of the game. This doesn't change or discredit the new NBA players, it just makes Michael Jordan's accomplishments even greater.

In the article titled "He Flew Through the Air." Joseph Epstein said “{Jordan} practiced so hard that he often tended to wear his teammates out. He was a specialist at baiting other players on his own team. If he did not think a newly arrived player fit, he would stay on the guy's back until he either remade himself to Michael's specifications, asked to be traded, or simply disappeared from the league.” Some say Jordan went to far, I say he won 6 championships. This style of leadership is hard and tough to deal with it but the guys who stuck with it became one of the best players in the league. His teammates may have not liked it but in the 1995-96 basketball season, the greatest record in basketball was achieved. The Bulls went 72-10 which had never been heard of, and they won a Championship Ring that season as well. These guys were disciplined, hard workers, and led by the best player in the league. Lebron James has just passed the all-time scoring record scoring 38,390 points. This is a great accomplishment that seemed untouchable. People think Lebron is the greatest player of all time for a good reason, he has won 4 Championship rings, 4 MVPFs, and 4 Finals
