There were and are a lot of racial issues in the United States today. The book “Warriors Don’t Cry” and the movie “Remember the Titans” are good examples of the racial issues that were going on back then, but later show how their town comes to respect everyone that lives there no matter their skin color or race. The movie shows how they learn to get along and deal with the racial issues in their town. It takes a while for them to get along and trust each other but once they do they are an unstoppable team that no one can break apart. This movie shows how one group of black and white students came together and made the town come together and accept each other. Through their hard work as a team they were all able to become the champions and brought the whole team together. 68 percent felt like it has and about 25 percent felt like it has stayed the same in these past ten years. There was 10 percent who felt like it has decreased over the past ten years. There are many ways to solve this issue and there are so many ways not to solve this issues. Today there are a lot of people not deal with the issue the right way. People are doing mobs and making the streets dangerous and there are shootings.
