Numerous case studies have been conducted, but none of them have succeeded in identifying the primary driver of a killer's motivation. Scientists have been attempting to identify the primary cause of what motivates someone to create such chaos for centuries. Despite the fact that there are numerous mental illnesses worldwide, all serial killers suffer from at least one of the top three mental illnesses. A significant part of this is played by biological factors, one of which is the transmission of some illnesses which puts that person at a higher risk but not probable to it. Someone who experienced abuse as a child has the possibility that they will grow up behaving erratically.

Serial killers' actions, especially their methods, and mental illness have frequently occurred throughout history, they kill for their own delight and don't care about the consequences.
