Ethics in a professional setting is a set of principles, ideas and attitudes on what right and wrong. We use these ideas and attitudes to control the way a profession is practiced. Social responsibility is any person or company must help or act for society in which they live . A person or company must act responsibility as it is there duty in order to make sure that they keep a balance between the ecosystem and the economy. Employment equity is that groups of people such as religious groups such as Jews, Muslims and Christians or groups of race whether Black, White, Coloured or Indian or an individual sex such as female or male do not suffer discrimination when being hired for a job position. Business ethics is all about trust and to make sure trust happens in the business world between markets and the consumers. By having good business ethics it also helps the public accept the company.
Better ethical behavior on the part of business influences ethical behavior on the part of consumers. Consumers are waiting businesses to follow the ethical experience before they grow different their own behavior. This finding is interesting that companies have little to gain by promoting them. Consumers willingness to pay is affected by unethical behavior of businesses, but ethical behavior has least impact on consumers. Ethics are moral judgments about right or wrong. In a business setting, being ethical means, they act in ways with good values in the society’s mind. Ethical business behaviour applies key moral principles such as honesty, justice, equality, dignity, diversity and human rights. Telstra behaves ethically to their suppliers.
What does freedom mean to me? To me freedom means kids running around in the playground, playing with their imaginations, doing whatever they please. Also, to me it relates to Alexis de Tocqueville's Democracy in America. How he says that democracy in America was a start to becoming successful country. Freedom is all the rights that we have.

When you ask what freedom means to me, a lot of things come to mind. Freedom to me is being able to voice my opinion no matter the circumstance. Freedom is being able to choose and talk about my religion freely. Freedom to me is having the right to do what I want as long as i’m not stepping on the rights of others. Business ethic is applicable to all parts of business conduct and also takes into consideration the conduct of individuals and the business organizations as a whole. Business ethics can be divided into normative and descriptive discipline. For the purpose of this assignment, the Nestle Company has been chosen.
Freedom means the power or right to act, speak, or think without restraint, and the state of not being imprisoned or enslaved. Freedom is the correction to do what he/she wants, live life, and eat what he/she wants. How do we live free? We live free by not judging other people’s freedom rights. Everyone has their own rights.

In business, the ethics in business is an applied ethics where professionals and researchers use principles and theories to solve any ethical problems that exist in business. At the quarter of the 20th century, as technologies like internet have made world business or international business all more viable, the business ethics domestically have grown in importance along with the power and significance of major businesses. So that, international business ethics take center stage as a major concern of the modern era.
