A person or company must act responsibility as it is there duty in order to make sure that they keep a balance between the ecosystem and the economy. Employment equity is that groups of people such as religious groups such as Jews, Muslims and Christians or groups of race whether Black, White, Coloured or Indian or an individual sex such as female or male do not suffer discrimination when being hired for a job position. Business ethics is all about trust and to make sure trust happens in the business world between markets and the consumers. By having good business ethics it also helps the public accept the company.
Better ethical behavior on the part of business influences ethical behavior on the part of consumers. Consumers are waiting businesses to follow the ethical experience before they grow different their own behavior. This finding is interesting that companies have little to gain by promoting them. Consumers willingness to pay is affected by unethical behavior of businesses, but ethical behavior has least impact on consumers. What does freedom mean to me? To me freedom means kids running around in the playground, playing with their imaginations, doing whatever they please. Also, to me it relates to Alexis de Tocqueville's Democracy in America. How he says that democracy in America was a start to becoming successful country. Freedom is all the rights that we have.
