Some might think that the book of Revelation is all about doom and gloom, but some of Revelation is actually for encouragement and gives us an incentive to spread God's word, to save others from God's wrath. The things that happen to unbelievers in this book is terrible. This should not scare believers, but encourage us to spread God's word and help others become believers in Jesus. If there are people that you know that aren't believers then show them the book of Revelation and let them know what you want to keep them from going through. When the first four seals are broken, we see riders from Heaven go to the earth; one set on conquest, the next one to take peace from this world and to make people kill each other, the third rider having a pair of scales to measure food and money, and a fourth rider named Death. So this shouldn't scare us, we can use this to show unbelievers that we care about them and don't want them to suffer from the multitude of tribulations and disasters that happens in Revelation. We can show them the amazing promises and rewards that are in Revelation as well.
