“In Lord Of The Flies, Golding makes a similar argument. He depicts civilization as a veil that through its rules and laws makes the evil within very individual.” (lit charts). Society has two sides good and bad, an individual has to choose, their destiny because we can not be everything at once. Consequently, individuals have to choose who they want to be. William Golding wrote the novel , Lord Of The Flies, to illustrate that the conch represents order, fire represents survival, and glasses represents intelligence.
